Team building and roles

A team truly works when every person recognises their role, understands its value and knows how to contribute it to a shared goal.

Building a team means learning to work together while recognising the different skills, responsibilities and qualities each person brings.

Every role has a purpose and value within a project. A team’s strength comes from the ability to integrate different roles, creating a system in which everyone can express their skills and contribute to a shared outcome.

During the workshop we will work on:

• valuing individual skills;
• managing differences and conflicts;

• team organisation and functioning.

An experience designed to understand how a group works, how to value the people within it and how to turn differences into a resource.

Workshop objective: to develop the ability to create cohesive, organised and collaborative teams, where everyone can recognise their own value and consciously contribute to achieving shared goals.
