Respect, love and fellowship
The code of ethics is founded on love, fellowship and respect, for oneself and for others. These are the values that guide everyone within QTR Academy.
Freedom to be yourself
At QTR Academy relationships rest on the absence of judgement and criticism and grow through cooperation, away from competition and conflict. In this way everyone is free to be themselves, at their best.
Collaborating and creating together
The code of ethics rests on collaboration and cooperation. Each person shares the useful experience they have gained and combines it with that of others, in a spirit of shared creation that makes a real contribution to society.
Being willing to question yourself
Everyone at the Academy chooses to question themselves and to build a path together with others. It is the same principle that guides the training: no one can take anyone to a place they have not reached themselves, which is why the work begins with oneself.
Leaving a mark
The path runs through expressing, in the here and now, virtues, positive qualities and gifts. When people collaborate, those gifts leave a mark on society: they bring love and well-being.
