QTR x Business

QTR x Business brings QTR Academy’s work on thought frequency, emotion frequency and goals into the business. The starting point is the why: the causes that bring the same situation back, even in a business that has every skill it needs to move past it.

Every engagement starts from an in-depth analysis of the business. The analysis brings out first the strengths, then the areas to develop, and checks that the goal is clear to managers and teams. On this basis we build the engagement around the size of the business, whether small, medium, large or corporate, and around who is involved: the team, the management, the executives. Dates are agreed together.

The themes are goals and results, projects, the relationship with money, team building and relationships between different roles. The aim is autonomous, lasting well-being that the business sustains on its own over time.

The businesses we work with are a limited number: we choose them after careful assessment, among those that share our way of looking at people and results.
