Corporate & Executive Coaching brings QTR coaching into the business: programmes for those who lead people and projects, for managers and for teams, built around the organisation’s goals.
The programme takes shape from an in-depth analysis of the business, which brings into focus its strengths, the areas to develop and stimulate, and how clear the goal is to everyone. It is built around the size of the business and the people involved: the whole team, the managers or the executives. Dates are agreed with the business.
At its core is QTR Business Coaching, training for success and for changing habits. Goals and their causes are worked on together: participants become aware of their own habits and gain the ability to steer towards goals and results. The coach has worked on themselves first and brings into each session what they have experienced. The work covers goals and results, projects, the relationship with money, team building and relationships between different roles.
We work with a limited number of businesses, chosen after careful assessment: those that share our way of looking at people and results.
