How booking works

This applies to talks, meditations and open days: taking part is free, and booking takes just a few steps with your contact details.

  1. Book your place

We need your first name, surname and email; your phone number is optional.

  2. Receive your confirmation

We email you straight away. If the event is full you join the waiting list: when a place becomes free, the office confirms it to you.

  3. Confirm your place

We send you a reminder with an “accept” button. Your place stays yours if you accept at least 24 hours before the event; otherwise it goes to the next person on the waiting list.

  4. Join us

The day before, you receive the link to join if the event is online, or the practical information to reach us.

If your plans change, use the “I can no longer come” link in our emails: your place goes to the next person on the waiting list. Once you have accepted, cancelling or not turning up counts as a last-minute cancellation. For the following 12 months, people without a last-minute cancellation come first on waiting lists.
