The QTR Coaching Area brings the work of QTR into everyday life and into your profession, with three programmes: Life, Love and Business Coaching.
QTR coaching works on goals by starting from their causes: beliefs and patterns, including inherited ones, that operate below the threshold of awareness. In session the coach uses Quantum Touch Releasing®, which they have first experienced on themselves. Goals and causes are worked on together, within the same path.
It is training focused on the positive: it brings awareness, provides tools and teaches you to let go of what holds you back. The aim is maturity and autonomy: the person learns to steer towards their own goals with tools of their own.
Life, Love and Business Coaching are three separate programmes of 1,200 hours each. They share the foundations of the technique: QTR Level 1, Seeds of Knowledge and Energy Analysis Level 1 and QTR Practice Level 1. Each leads to a professionally accredited qualification as a QTR Life, Love or Business Coach, issued in Italy under Law 4/2013 with OPES Italia certification.
Coaching naturally draws people with a strong sensitivity to emotions. Every programme is complete in itself and includes personal work: you can choose it to become a coach or to bring coaching into your own life and work.
Sessions take place at our Milan premises, Via Cinque Maggio 11, and the programmes can also be followed online.
