When you recognise your own value, know how to express it and are able to connect it with the value of others, something special happens: the possibility of creating together.

Charisma is presence, energy, the ability to communicate who we are and create meaningful connections. It is the quality that makes a person stand out, engage others and leave a lasting impression in their relationships.

Collaboration is the ability to bring together talents, skills, ideas and visions, creating a shared project in which everyone can recognise their own value and role.

During the workshop we will work on the qualities that allow you to express your charisma and build effective collaborations:

• personal presence and charisma;
• personal leadership;
• managing professional relationships;
• the ability to motivate and engage others;
• recognising and valuing your own qualities;
• collaboration and achieving shared goals.

An experience designed to develop awareness, presence and interpersonal skills, while learning to value who we are and create professional relationships based on respect, trust and the pleasure of building something together.

Workshop objective: to learn how to relate to others in a conscious, effective and confident way, developing the ability to collaborate and create meaningful professional relationships.
