QTR meditation: the awakening of wisdom

21 December is the winter solstice: an important passage of the year, the moment we turn inwards and look calmly at our lives.

In this meditation guided by the founder Ileana Rotella, through the Quantum Touch Releasing® technique, we awaken wisdom: the ability to read our lives from a spiritual point of view, with wisdom, respect and love.

We learn to choose the experiences of our lives. To choose them with wisdom, to choose them with love, and to make changes that improve our lives.

A thought for those who have crossed the veil

During the meeting we greet and lovingly remember our loved ones who have left us and are beyond the veil, so that they too may continue their journey in wisdom, love and respect.

We lovingly remember Niccolò Giuseppe Rotella, the founder’s father, whose presence, love and support accompanied the birth of QTR.
