Ilaria Speltoni
Biography
A graduate since 2005, she has many years of professional experience working with the body and with people. She works with people individually or in small groups, guiding them towards their own balance. Passionate about the disciplines of the Eastern tradition and about PNEI, she works in the complementary sciences with the person at the centre. She teaches QTR Level 1 and 2.
PNEI: psychoneuroendocrinoimmunology, the discipline that studies how the mind, nervous system, hormones and immune system communicate with one another.
