She holds a degree in cognitive psychology and motor sciences, earned the DHM — Doctor of Homeopathic Medicine — in London, and is a naturopath, coach and Resonance associate facilitator, founder of QTR® and of QTR Academy, author of the book QTR — Quantum Touch Releasing. The First Level Master covers 31 subjects across 1800 hours — anatomy, quantum physics, iridology, evolutionary numerology, traditional Chinese medicine, and the first three levels of the QTR® technique, with advanced workshops on success, self-realisation and relationships. The Second Level adds another 1800 hours, deepening pathology, physiology and QTR® levels 4, 5 and 6. The QTR® Master is an innovative pathway whose extensive number of hours delivers high-level training, exceeding the reference standard set for the sector.

No. The requirements are a high-school diploma, minimum age 18 and concrete motivation towards holistic disciplines. The Master is structured to build a complete training from the start — it does not assume prior knowledge.

Yes. Completing the First Level Master leads to the OPES-certified diploma as a QTR® Operator — a professional figure qualified to work with clients in the holistic field. The Second Level Master is the subsequent specialisation, designed for those who wish to deepen further. Practice is an integral part of the teaching method — case studies, work on oneself, group work and guided practice accompany every phase of the Masters.

No. After completing the First Level Master, you can access the certification pathways as a QTR® Teacher for level 1 and subsequently for level 2 of the technique. The levels are sequential and progressive: each level builds on the previous one, and it is not possible to access a subsequent level without having completed the previous one.

It is the professional training school founded by Dr. Ileana Rotella around the QTR® method, hosted within Il Giardino Danzante — a socio-cultural association affiliated with OPES, an open space for courses, meditations and events accessible to all, where QTR® is integrated into the practices of professionals already trained in different fields — from massage to physiotherapy, from psychology to psychomotor therapy.
