Ileana's journey
Medicine, naturopathy and the body as a first language
Ileana begins studying medicine but leaves in the fourth year — not out of abandonment, but to go deeper. She senses that human health cannot be contained within the conventional biomedical model. She begins studying naturopathy at some of Europe's most rigorous schools, including an important school in London. She becomes a naturopathy teacher.
When technique is not enough: a path towards something deeper
The first structured approach to the spiritual world comes through Theta Healing. Ileana studies it, teaches it, brings it to Italy. But it feels limiting. Something is missing — or rather, something in her knows there is a further step to take. Alongside this, she studies Reiki, explores other energy techniques, attends schools and teachers. She is not looking for a technique to adopt: she is looking for her own voice.
Something that did not yet exist
Ileana begins developing something of her own. It is not a variant of Theta Healing, not a mix of techniques — it is a new technique that integrates everything she has learnt while adding an entirely new dimension. Quantum Touch Releasing® takes shape.
A living technique, not a closed system
The first structured formulation of QTR arrives around 2017. Then in 2020 the foundational version — the one that structures the levels as they are transmitted today. From 2022, the definitive version, in continuous evolution. QTR is not a manual to follow: it is a living organism that grows with those who practise it.
From a personal vision to a training ecosystem
The naturopathy school, the Master in Complementary Sciences, the QTR technique levels, coaching — everything takes shape as a coherent training system. Meanwhile, Ileana also pursues her psychology degree: a qualification won with determination, adding a further dimension to the vision. Once recognised by the Order, the psychotherapy pole will be born — the fourth pillar of the ecosystem.

Naturopathy Academy
School of Naturopathy (1300 hours) and Master in Complementary Sciences (800 hours). QTR is part of the Master, not naturopathy.
QTR Coaching
Three professional tracks — Life, Business, Love — of 1200 hours each. OPES Italia / CONI certified.
Psychotherapy Pole
Ileana has completed her psychology degree. Once she receives recognition from the Order, she will open the fourth pole of the QTR ecosystem — integrating the depth of psychotherapy with the QTR method.
