One person,
one vision,
four roots.
QTR Academy, the Quantum Touch Releasing® technique, Naturopathy and QTR Coaching are not four separate projects. They are four expressions of the same research — that of Ileana Rotella, naturopath and founder.
From medicine to naturopathy, from spirituality to her own technique — a journey that led to the birth of something unprecedented: QTR.
Ileana's storyMedicine and naturopathy. London schools. The body as a first language.
The encounter with structured spirituality. The technique feels limiting.
Begins developing QTR — not a variant, but something unprecedented.
First formulation, continuous evolution. A living organism.
The ecosystem
Four roots, one vision
Each pole has its own identity — but all stem from the same research.
Quantum Touch Releasing®
The technique developed by Ileana Rotella. Progressive levels of deep transformation working on energetic blocks — personal and inherited through the family tree.
QTR Coaching
Three professional tracks — Life, Business, Love — of 1200 hours each. A transformation journey bringing the QTR technique into daily and professional life. OPES Italia / CONI certified.
Naturopathy
Over 1300 hours of training in quantum naturopathy. Two progressive levels integrating complementary sciences with QTR as the founding method.
Psychotherapy
The fourth pole is under construction. It will integrate the depth of psychotherapy with the QTR method. It will take time. And it will be done well.
